9:29 p.m. Monday. Harassment was reported in the 200 block of North Market Street.

10:14 a.m. Tuesday. Jeromy Stevens, 37, 316 W. Park Ave. was charged on Hancock Street with driving under suspension.

3:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police filed a report from the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on leaving the scene of a traffic accident.

2:28 p.m. Wednesday. Camille Toomire, 23, 535 Crestview Avenue, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Ottumwa Park for failure to appear.

8:21 a.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Venture Drive.

7:29 a.m. Wednesday. Theft was reported in the 600 block of E. Pennsylvania Avenue.

Wapello Co. Sheriff

2:49 p.m. Wednesday. Drew Lee Podraza, 25, 213 S. Moore St., was arrested in Greater Ottumwa Park and charged with third-degree burglary — theft from motor vehicle. Also arrested and charged with third-degree burglary — theft from motor vehicle were Robert Lewis Wood II, 41, 213 S. Moore St., and Donna Ann Hotchkiss, 45, 11620 Rabbit Run Lot 159.
