OTTUMWA — Maxine H. “Judy” Traxler, 80, formerly of 642 Wildwood Dr., died at 3:45 p.m. July 22, 2006 at the Ridgewood Nursing and Rehab Center.

Graveside services and burial will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the McIntire Cemetery with Rev. George Edgerly officiating.

A memorial has been established to First Pentecostal Assembly of God.
