OSKALOOSA — Police say a juvenile was arrested after shots were fired in the 700 block of North C Street at around 10 p.m. Monday.
According to a news release from the Oskaloosa Police Department, investigators found the shots were fired after a fight broke out in the area. A juvenile male had a stolen gun and fired it into the street.
A residence in the 700 block of Penn Boulevard was struck, but there were no injuries.
Officers later located the suspected shooter and the gun. The juvenile was arrested without incident. He was charged with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, two counts of discharge of a firearm within city limits, one count of theft in the fourth degree and one count of carrying weapons.
