LONE TREE — Kerrigan Pope and Erika Coleman each record double-doubles, leading a dominant night in the paint for the Panthers in a 68-27 Southeast Iowa Superconference north division win.
Pope matched Sophie Wittrock with 14 points while grabbing a team-leading 12 rebounds for the Panthers. Coleman added 11 points, matching Sarah Eubanks, and grabbed 10 rebounds for Pekin.
Madeline Jacque led all scorers with 21 points for Lone Tree. Pekin outrebounded the Lions, 36-20, and shot over 50 percent (28-51) from the field while outscoring Lone Tree 40-16 in the paint.
Pekin (5-6, 2-2 SEI south) heads to Sigourney on Saturday.
Van Buren County 46, Danville 40
DANVILLE — Isabel Manning led the Warriors with a double-double, scoring a team-high 22 points while grabbing a game-high 10 rebounds for the Warriors in a Southeast Iowa Superconference south division win.
Manning scored 10 points in the third quarter to rally the Warriors from a 26-20 halftime deficit. The state's top per-game scorer closed the game out hitting seven consecutive free throws to end Danville's four-game winning streak.
Van Buren County (7-3, 6-2 SEI south) heads to Louisa-Muscatine on Monday.
Fairfield 56, Washington 23
WASHINGTON — Hannah Simpson dominated in the paint, hitting 10 of 13 shots from the field scoring 23 points while grabbing 13 rebounds as the Trojans completed a Southeast Conference sweep of the Demons.
Mallory Lyon added 10 points and racked up eight rebounds for Fairfield. The Trojans owned a 48-27 edge in total rebounds in the contest.
Fairfield (4-1, 2-0 Southeast) hosts PCM on Monday.

VICTOR — Kaylee Weber dominated in the paint, racking up 26 points while grabbing 13 rebounds for the Savages in a South Iowa Cedar League win.
Sigourney (9-3, 4-2 SICL) hosts Pekin in the Backyard Brawl on Saturday.
Chariton 65, Davis County 52
BLOOMFIELD — Leah Doran scored a game-high 23 points for the Chargers, who pulled away in the fourth quarter with 27 points in the final eight minutes to secure a South Central Conference road win.
Avery Hall added 16 points and 12 rebounds for Chariton, who put the game away from the foul line hitting 31 of 39 shots in the win. Morgan Petefish racked up a double-double of her own for the Mustangs, leading Davis County with 14 points and a game-high 15 rebounds.
Macy Hill added 13 points while grabbing eight rebounds for Davis County. Sophia Young added 10 points for the Mustangs

Central Lee 61, Cardinal 22
DONNELLSON — Kolbie Bass scored nine points on a trio of 3-pointers for the Comets in a Southeast Iowa Superconference south division loss to the Hawks.
State scoring leader Mya Merschman led the Hawks with 32 points.
Cardinal (2-7, 1-7 SEI south) heads to Burlington-Notre Dame on Tuesday.
Murray 48, Moravia 34
MURRAY — Kim Chandanais led the Mohawks with 10 points, a pair of assists and a pair of steals in a Bluegrass loss to Murray.Jessica King scored 13 points and grabbed five steals
Kinzee Eggers scored a game-high 17 points while collecting six rebounds for Murray, who used an 18-8 edge in the third quarter to pull away.
Moravia (5-5, 3-2 Bluegrass) hosts Moulton-Udell on Tuesday.
Mormon Trail 63, Moulton-Udell 39
MOULTON — Jessica King scored 13 points and grabbed five steals for the Eagles in a Bluegrass Conference loss.
Abbie Probasco added 12 points and a team-high seven rebounds for M-U. Skylar Watsabaugh led all scorers for Mormon Trail with 34 points.
The Eagles (4-7, 3-4 Bluegrass) heads to Moravia on Tuesday.
Danville 48, Van Buren County 39
DANVILLE — Jackson Manning led the Warriors with 24 points, who again fell one quarter short of possibly securing the first win of the season.
Ty Carr led Danville with 18 points and eight steals. The Bears outscored the Warriors 17-8 in the third quarter, rallying from a 19-18 halftime deficit.
Lane Davis scored 10 points and led the Warriors with six blocked shots. Danville countered defensively with 24 steals in the game.
Van Buren County (0-9, 0-7 SEI south) heads to Louisa-Muscatine.
Davis County 64, Chariton 35
BLOOMFIELD — Noah Zmolek led the Mustangs with 19 points, seven rebounds and two blocks in a South Central Conference win over the Chargers.
Dalton Reeves added 17 points, making eight of nine shots in the paint. Davis County shot just under 54 percent from the field, outscoring the Chargers 37-15 in the first half.
Davis County (5-4, 3-2 SCC) heads to Central Decatur on Saturday.
Moravia 62, Murray 44
MURRAY — Carson Brown led the Mohawks with 25 points while grabbing 10 rebounds in a Bluegrass Conference win over the Mustangs. Brown also dished out seven assists and matched Gage Hanes with three steals.
Chace Hamilton scored 11 points for Moravia, who have won seven straight games since losing back-to-back games to Lamoni and Cardinal. Brycen Wookey scored 12 points for the Mustangs.
Moravia (8-2, 4-1 Bluegrass) hosts Moulton-Udell on Tuesday.
Pekin 71, Lone Tree 20
LONE TREE — Pekin jumped out to a 26-6 lead and never looked back, rolling to a Southeast Iowa Superconference north division win over the Lions.
Brock Long led the Panthers with 19 points and five steals. Chandler Stull scored 18 points while Cael Lyle matched Brady Millikin with 12 points. Lyle led the Panthers with eight rebounds while Millikin collected a team-leading eight assists.
Pekin (9-1, 7-1 SEI north) heads to Sigourney on Saturday.

VICTOR — Josh Mohr scored 16 points for the Savages while Ethan Shifflett added 15 points in a South Iowa Cedar League thriller against the Warriors.
Grant Hall scored 25 points before fouling out for HLV. Beau York added 11 points and a team-high eight rebounds.
Sigourney (4-6, 2-5 SICL) hosts Pekin on Saturday.

WASHINGTON — Myles McEntee led the Trojans with a game-high 20 points, hitting seven of nine shots from the field in a Southeast Conference loss to the Demons.
Max Weaton added a double-double for Fairfield, scoring 14 points while grabbing 13 rebounds. Ethan Patterson led a balanced attack for Washington with 19 points.
